He led the team that built Deutsche Nano LiquiTec GmbH after dedicating several years partnering with chemical labs and nanoscientists around the world to develop the breakthrough technology, Nano LiquiTec®. Mr. Manley’s focus within the organization is on strategy, growth, creating value through operations, and supply chain management. He does so by overseeing the operations environment, handling project management, and product and service development. Mr. Plewka is the founder of the international net worth of HPL Lawyers, Tax Advisors & Business Advisors, and managing partner of HPL Plewka & Coll. LLP. In that capacity, he advises national and international clients relating to debt & equity capital markets, corporate/M&A, and international tax structuring. He first worked as a high-level officer of the German Tax Administration, afterward as a judge at the Düsseldorf State Tax Court and, later on, he was a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court in Munich.
